We are looking for a Talent Sourcer who will be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical talent.
The Talent Sourcer's responsibilities include all aspects of understanding the job requirements from hiring managers, screening, and partnering with the recruiters to close candidates.
Source passive technical talent using a variety of Open Web sources.
Research markets, companies, teams and role types to help drive a consistent pipeline of candidates who are qualified for currently available and upcoming roles.
Job Requirements
2-4 years experience in a talent sourcing role, preferably in a tech space
You are passionate about data and know-how to leverage it to influence hiring decisions
You have excellent written and verbal communication
Solid understanding of technology markets to calibrate candidate profile
Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and high-tech markets in North America OR ANZ
