Our Sales Development Representatives are compensated with a competitive base salary and commission.

Who we’re looking for?
Energetic self-starters with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. In your role, you will discover qualified opportunities by targeting outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
 
At Braves, you will
# Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for client partners
# Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
# Effectively and independently distill and deliver the Brand value proposition, articulating details about our services and product over the call.
# Consistently achieve the monthly/quarterly/yearly quota of qualified opportunities

Must-haves
# 2-4 years of experience, in a role generating B2B leads by running email campaigns, cold calling, and social selling
# Clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication skills
# Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
# Drive to work and excel independently
# Active on LinkedIn
# Undergraduate degree in Business or a related field
# Fast learner with excellent time management and organizational skills
# Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
# Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions

Good to have
# Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRMs like Pipedrive/Zoho/Salesforce
# Strong ability to engage and build rapport with prospects

# Passionate, energetic, and persuasive
# Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejections
